The Equipment shall be provided to the Hirer in good working condition. The Hirer shall inspect the Equipment upon receipt and notify the Owner immediately of any defects or damages. Failure t notify the Owner shall be considered acceptance of the Equipment's condition.
a. The Hirer shall be responsible for the safe and proper use of the Equipment and shall use it only for its intended purpose.
b. The Hirer shall return the Equipment in the same condition as received, subject to reasonable
wear and tear.
c. The Hirer shall be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the Equipment during the hire period. d. The Hirer shall adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety guidelines while using the Equipment. e. machines will be provided with full tanks of fuel.
a. The Hirer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage for the hired Equipment throughout the hire period.
b. The Hirer shall provide evidence of adequate insurance coverage to the Owner before the Equipment is released
for hire. c. The insurance coverage must include coverage for loss, damage, theft, liability, and any other relevant risks associated with the Equipment.
The Hirer shall indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of the Hirer's use of the Equipment.
